MPT Human Capital Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a Human Capital Management services company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. MPT was founded in 2015 by Priscilla Tsitsi – we are ver y proud to say that our company is 100% black female owned and recognised as a Level 1 BBBEE contributor.

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (B.Soc. Science) degree from the University of Cape Town;
  • Specialist certificate in HRM, Institute of People Management (IPM) Diploma;
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from Natal University.
  • She also holds certificates in Leading Change and Transition obtained from the US; Facilitation; Team Effectiveness; Job Evaluation; Competency Profiling and Organizational Development.

PRISCILLA TSITSI

Priscilla spent fifteen years as a Human Resources Management professional in middle and senior management roles in the banking; NGOs; legal; auditing & accounting and aviation industries.

Her broad areas of expertise include:

  • Establishing human resources divisions,
  • Remuneration and compensation benefits,
  • Performance management;
  • Competency profiling,
  • Job grading,
  • Training and facilitation;
  • Employment equity and transformation management,
  • Employee relations,
  • Human resources policies & procedures,
  • Leading organizational development interventions.

After leaving corporate employment twelve years ago, she consulted and facilitated programs with major mining groups, investment companies and government departments in areas of competency modeling, competency assessments, job profiling, culture surveys, change and transition management; performance management, team effectiveness, talent management; remuneration benchmarking; leadership development and human resources strategy and policies. She currently also serves on the Remuneration and HR sub-committees of boards, as an independent non-executive director.

She founded MPT Human Capital Consulting (Pty) Ltd in February 2015.
